About Us

At Holistic Sports Physiotherapy you will always receive the highest quality individual care. Our clinic is dedicated to providing personalised treatment plans using the latest available research and resources.  

Together Lucy, Rebecca and Kate have over 50 years experience in private practice.  Lucy is an experienced Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Strength and Conditioning coach. Rebecca has previously run her own clinic, and also has qualifications in clinical Pilates and gymnastics coaching.   Kate is currently studying her masters of sports physiotherapy. 

Our experienced and caring physiotherapists use a range of different techniques such as dry needling, cupping and exercise to provide holistic care for each patient.  

All initial appointments are 1 hour in duration to allow your physiotherapist to take a thorough history and performance an accurate assessment. Your diagnosis will be discussed with you along with an appropriate treatment plan.  

We understand the importance of getting back to where you were and we are here to support you every step of the way.  

Conveniently located in Kedron on Brisbane’s Northside we service all suburbs including Wavell Heights, Gordon Park, Wooloowin and Stafford.
