Physiotherapy has become more than just a career for me; it’s a true passion. I started my career working in a private musculoskeletal practice, where I found great joy in seeing clients improve their health and fitness, helping them achieve their goals. This aspect of my work is incredibly satisfying. I have worked with clients of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly, each with their own unique concerns.
I eventually decided to explore Physiotherapy in the Community, which allowed me to broaden my knowledge and work with a diverse range of ages and disabilities. I assist clients in their homes, at hydrotherapy pools, and in gyms, helping them meet their goals and improve their quality of life within their communities.
I am excited to join the Holistic Sports Physiotherapy team and utilize my knowledge to help clients thrive in life and movement. My particular interest lies in shoulder concerns, which can often be tricky yet are frequently overlooked when focusing on fitness and maintaining strength to prevent pathology.
Outside of work, I prioritize my fitness and health through running, attending the gym, and occasional bike rides. As a mother of three daughters who are also committed to their health and fitness, we have shared a passion for sports throughout our lives. Recently, we have been focusing on running together, participating in several marathons over the past couple of years. I also enjoy traveling, which I have recently resumed as my daughters are becoming more independent.
I look forward to meeting you all and assisting you with any of your Physiotherapy needs.
